Jay sold our condominium for us, and, at the same time, helped us find a house we both absolutely loved. Both transactions were handled with great professionalism and to our complete satisfaction. During the entire process, Jay was consistently friendly, extremely patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, and thorough. Throughout the process, Jay kept things calm, and proved a ready source of information and recommendations in bringing two potentially difficult transactions to quick and very satisfactory conclusions. We felt we had a competent professional advising us and a strong advocate looking after our interests; and we truly love our new home. Maria and I found working with Jay extremely enjoyable, and would strongly recommend him to our family and friends. Jim Streeto

We want to thank you for helping us find a new home. You knew we were looking for something in particular, something to accommodate my parents and us. We looked at A LOT of houses. You were very patient! You walked us through all the real estate stuff we didn't want to learn, and made sure we understood what we were doing. We finally found a house that worked and you made the dialogue between the builder and us easy. You always kept in touch and updated us on information you received. And, of course, you sold our previous house very quickly! And again, you were there to explain all the steps and processes we needed to go through. It was great working with you. I hope we don't have to move for several more years, but if and when we do, you'll be the only realtor we call. Thanks again for all your help. We couldn't have gotten through everything without you! Sincerely, Ron and Lori Weinberg

October 7, 2003 Re: 16 Lilac Court, Cromwell, Connecticut Dear Jay, I want to thank you for the excellent service that you provided during the sale of my condominium. Your recommendations before putting the unit on the market were most helpful. I was very pleased when we had a firm offer only a few days after placing it on the market and that I was able to get the full asking price. I greatly appreciated your attention to all of the details of this sale right up to the day of closing. I would be very happy to recommend your services. Sincerely, Claire Cannata

RE: My Experience with Buying a Home For the last year and a half I lived with my best friend who owns a condo in East Hartford. I moved in with her so we could both concentrate on getting some of our old bills paid off. Well it was time to start looking for a place of my own and I was dreading going through the looking process. Well after a couple of weeks looking at apartments and at a floor of a two family house to rent, I became very discouraged. The amount of money they wanted for renting was unbelievable and the places were small, dingy and the price didn't include anything. Well after talking to friends and family I realized that I had choices and that buying was definitely an option. So I contacted ¬¬¬¬¬¬Janet_____ at ______Real Estate and she showed me a couple of condominiums. After working with her a day I realized she was more after the money than trying to help me do what was best for me. So I called her and explained to her that I wouldn't need her assistance any longer. Then my friend Heidi gave me the name of her realtor she used to buy her condo, Jay Keiser at Remax Precision Realty. I contacted Jay and we met and he showed some condominiums. This went on for about 2 to 3 months. Jay was always very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule as far as time when I could meet him to look at these places. I told Jay what I was looking for, as far as price and what kind of place and he really paid attention. Well one day we went to look at one at Wakefield Circle and I really liked it and that's when I decided I wanted to make a bid. During this process while I was looking I was working with Nanette ____ at ______ Mortgage getting the financing in place. Well needless to say, I had to get a lot of information together and in a short period of time. Well working with Nanette was very stressful and she was very unorganized. Once I received my preapproval letter, I though the rest would be easy. Well I was wrong. I was constantly on the phone with Nanette and the bank trying to get answers and even trying to get a return phone call. During the bidding process I had been in contact with Jay Keiser about the financing part and how the payments break down, it was so confusing and all new to me. He helped me through it and took the time to explain to me how everything works and it really wasn't his job. I couldn't get a response from Nanette and the bank and then I was being told someone else was handling my case and it really was a mess. Well thanks to his help I was able to make a bid and feel comfortable about what the mortgage payments I will be making were going to be. Well then ____ was telling me the government program CHFA the funding wasn't going to be available anymore. So then I was very stressed out and didn't want to go another route and do a different type of mortgage. Nanette at _____ was telling me that the funding wasn't available. So I call Jay and asked him what he had heard on the subject matter, he said that the funding was back in place. Jay went out of his way to call a friend of his just to find out what he knew and then returned my call in a very timely manner to inform me of the news. So I call the CHFA office in Hartford and the lady was very helpful and she directed me to a website with all the CHFA documents on there. So I went to this website and there it was the document stating that the financing had been back since October 5,2000. So by that time I was very annoyed and called Nanette to let her know what I had found out. I couldn't believe that the bank didn't know this and I had to basically do my own research. After the preapproval letter I was working with bank and still trying to figure out from that what conditions I had to meet before the closing. Again Nanette was really no where to be found or I couldn't get a response. So I started talking to Cynthia ____ who was actually the loan processor for my account. She helped me to understand what conditions did have to be met. I talked to Jay several times asking him questions about everything and he was always very polite and extremely helpful. There was several times during this process I wanted to scream and I didn't think this would ever be over with. If it wasn't for Jay Keiser's guidance and help through this whole ordeal I would of probably gone crazy. Jay was great and I really appreciated his help and support through this whole process. Sincerely, Diane Alger

February 12, 2000 Dear Mr. Keiser: I am writing you this letter to express my thankfulness for all your assistance in my first home purchase last September. Buying a home is undoubtedly one of the most exciting and memorable moments in everyone's life. It is not only sufficient to have the funds and willingness to own a home, but there is a lot more to it. My personal experience tells me that nowadays there are so many customer service representatives, sales agents and other professionals who are not at the expected level of professional and ethical behavior. Being relatively new to Connecticut and even the country, I feel really luck to have met you Mr. Keiser when I first considered an option to buy a property. From the very first moment you have shown great flexibility, expertise and readiness to be of assistance in any way. You went way beyond the call of your duty, helping me further to make a wise choice, providing all crucial information, even outside your normal working schedule. The enormous effort and time invested have resulted in finally feeling me 'At home'. I wish you all the best luck in your future career, hoping we will have a chance to collaborate at some point in the near future. My best recommendations to your current and future clients. Sincerely, Darko Djuric

September 24, 2002 Re: Condo Sale Dear Jay, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your efforts in the successful sale of my Condo at Beacon Hill in Middletown, CT. You are a consummate professional. You know Real Estate and you know people. These two skills when combined made for a pleasant sales experience. I was most impressed with your responsiveness to my every need concerning this transaction. I realize that at times I probably was a little high maintenance, but that never showed. You were always there with professional guidance when I needed it. You are the person I will call should I ever be in the market to purchase or sell real estate in the future. I also plan to recommend you to friends, family, and associates. Thanks for a job well done! Sincerely, Gregory F. Lynch
